Purchased a house from AP builders with a 1 year warranty. Alex took care of the small warranty issues until I had a major roof problem that he does not want to cover under his warranty. Roof is falling apart and Alex's response is to walk away and force me to pursue him legally. Builders need to stand behind their work and their warranty and this one does not.
