So expensive for no reason, also taking too long to finish a simple job
Had such an amazing balayage experience here! Svetlana took such care and was very detail oriented. I love how the colour turned out! The whole experience was very professional and lovely, including the cappuccino and chocolates! I’m so happy I found a great place to do my hair. Highly recommend!!
Last week, I visited Dena Beauty Salon for a haircut and styling, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The salon is brand new and very professional clean. The receptionist was so polite and patient, which made everything easy from the start. My stylist, Olena, was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, calm, and such a good listener. This business is not very professional. The hairdresser did not even speak English. She did not understand the language. She needed the receptionist to translate for her. She did not know how to cut curly hair and did not understand that curly hair cannot be combed. The style was horrible. Also they only spend 20 minutes to cut hair but insisted on charging the full hour. Not very customer focused or knowledgeable on curly hair. Never going there again
Amazing quality manicures. Ladies take extra care and meticulously do a great job every time. I also did lashes and hair here. Been happy with the service, the staff, the offerings. Love it
