Worst salon ever! The staff members are very ghetto and unpleasant. There is no customer service. The owner spends all day screaming on the phone. Your hair will come out dirty and looking worst than when you walked in. They take way too long. I’m from the neighborhood and can tell you it’s been that way for years. Save your time and money do not go.
Happy place with great energy. The stylist took me as a walk-in and I walked out with hair that seemed like she had been doing forever. Waxing services were great also. I usually breakout not this time.
While visiting NY had a lady named Chiqui, do my hair. Absolutely gorgeous job, my hair was straightened and ends trimmed, great job and great price, referred my daughter in law while visiting, did not disappoint either. Would’ve given 5 stars if wait wasn’t so long.
