Worse experience ever A & P auto failed my car why? Because the brake and left directional was not working. Both E brake (even on a down hill it worked), and directional work. Don’t trust them at all. A & P Auto LLC very disappointed!! I honestly feel they fail certain cars just to get the repair service.
We had been bringing both my car and my wife’s car to this shop throughout a year, hoping for reliable service—but our experience has been consistently disappointing and costly. In my case, the alternator failed due to an oil leak directly above it. Instead of identifying and fixing the root cause, they replaced the alternator three times, each time charging for parts and labor. These repairs cost thousands of dollars, yet the issue persisted. I just had my first MA state inspection done here, and I’m really glad I chose this place. I forgot to ask the name of the person who did the inspection (a TALL guy), but he was very kind and calm, and took the time to explain a few things I might want to keep in mind for the future. I stopped by around 9:30 in the morning, and the whole process was quick and easy, and done in around 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my oil changes and any future repairs.
I love this place ! Very professional and very good customer service. We take are cars here for repairs and I recommend all my family members to go here
