Friendly people from the moment you walk in to the moment your car is done. Got my car inspected and going back for an oil change and full inspection of all other things to keep my car in the best possible shape I can for years of getting me where I need to go safely. I highly recommend them. I drive a 2012 Toyota Rav4. 134000+ miles on it.
New front desk person was rude and refused to give updates to my friend when he asked for the status of his repair ("We'll let you know when we have an update"). Turns out, the mechanic didn't even look at the vehicle the first two days it was there. Would have been nice to know that so we could decide to bring it elsewhere since they were busy. I recommended this place to my friend, but they mistreated him so I won't be back.
GREAT service!! We had came for a flat tire fix we had just bought the car not knowing what the issues it has the lady had explained everything perfectly helped us find locations of spots we can go to find parts we needed for good prices! Etc! Very kind and helpful definitely recommend coming here !!!
Worse experience ever A & P auto failed my car why? Because the brake and left directional was not working. Both E brake (even on a down hill it worked), and directional work. Don’t trust them at all. A & P Auto LLC very disappointed!! I honestly feel they fail certain cars just to get the repair service.
We had been bringing both my car and my wife’s car to this shop throughout a year, hoping for reliable service—but our experience has been consistently disappointing and costly. In my case, the alternator failed due to an oil leak directly above it.
