Very unprofessional and Had to wait very long time to get my tax return.
I am still waiting for my refund from last year.when I call the office to let them know that I was waiting on my federal refund and that it had not came a couple of months ago the secretary told me it was not their problem to call IRS I called last week and she said she will print out the paperwork and have it ready for me that week I had to call her back today and asked what happened she didn't know who I was she is very lost and unprofessional.
