As always stellar service! Air On Time has the best customer service and always ensures our system is running properly.
They are the only couple company that actually cared about their customer in my memory. They stayed in touch while waiting for the part with almost daily updates. The day the part showed up they were here to install it and that fixed my problem that two others companies charged me but not did not fix the problem but would Evan answer my calls. Highly recommend these people.
DR just fixed a leaking coolant hose / thermostat on my 1984 Honda ES-6500 generator ... he is a magician and AOT is simply the BEST. Stop looking and just call them.
Charlie is awesome and always does an amazing job. We only call Air On Time when we need something. They have always made us a priority and show up normally day of calling. We have had multiple things done with our HVAC over the last few years. Today was a service for HVAC. $89 per unit.
