Let the buyer beware. Went to the same house twice in the same month. The first time to drain the overflow pan. No parts. Bill: 190.55. About 2 weeks later the house started flooding from water falling from the AC unit. They went back and said the evaporator coil OVER THE DRAIN PAN was dirty and causing the leak.
