Ordered an ebike, just got it today, and they did not send me a battery. The guard in the back around the motor wires got bent in shipping and pulled the wires out. The headlight is broken. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. Be weary.
I have two bikes from Aostirmotor and both bikes are great and also if u need any assistance communicating by email is no problem the company is very honest and try their best to help u in any parts u need go get u a bike from them trust me u be happy with any bike u get
I just bought an e bike aostirmotor 500 watt road it for 2miles then died still won't turn on think battery is junk can't get ahold of anyone to refund my money or send me a new battery I need to speak with someone
