Customer service is poor. Received an extra large cushion and short two small ones. No support. I would not recommend buying their products at all. Quality of the product was also terrible. Spend a few extra dollars and get something better from a reputable company.
Stated free return and shipping when on the webpage shopping!!!! In fine prints if returning item/items which you didn't like we pay for shipping!!! Try contacting customer service as the item didn't not match my space ... Ottoman was way too small for athe space. Return shipping was $70+ but was clearly shut up by agent but highlighting what was on the find print!!! Not buying again!!!
A parcel was delivered to us that shows a different name. Called number multiple times choosing customer service and was hung up on every single time. Used different phone numbers also that I found online, same greeting and again, hung up on every time. This is such bad service.
Have gotten 2 different items from here. Both have been great. No complaints, fast shipping.
Complete garbage, don't be fooled by their cheap prices they have terrible quality and non-existent customer service. You are better off going to Amazon or a retail store.
