Awful company
My mother needed an ENT to look at her swollen ear asap. UC Health refused to see her until a month a half out. We called AOO ENT Specialists and they got us in the next day. It was a good thing too. Dr. Agarwal drained blood out of my mother’s ear so that she could hear again. Dr. Agarwal was warm, friendly, knowledgeable about my mother’s condition and so helpful. What a waste of time this appointment was - so disappointing! Was experiencing extreme vertigo and was referred to this office by my neurologist. Waited a month and a half to see Dr. Linkeit - then waited in the office for two hours to be seen by Dr. Linkeit for literally five minutes of his time. He tried to access my MRI results from CR Adventist Hospital (right next door) couldn’t do it and gave up immediately.
