Do not use the Insurance Co! We booked this through the Princess web site for a recent cruise. Sadly, my mother died while on an excursion to Paris. We had to stay in Paris for a number of days to make funeral and repatriation arrangements. We incurred expenses for a number of nights of lodging, food, and local travel -- all clearly listed as "reasonable expenses" on the insurance documents. Aon refused to cover the reasonable expenses we incurred.
