Repeatedly submitting claim information over and over without resolution. Very clear that AON Infinity claims examiners really don't read want was submitted. Feel like it is a game to just reject over and over hoping we will give up. Clearly they don't read what was submitted and only check boxes as fast as they can. Phone calls no help.
My claim was handled in a professional manner and I received a check for the full amount in about 3 weeks.
The insurance services on trips they offer through expedia is a scam and a money grab. Never insure your trip through them. Theres a wall of fine print that basically will leave you uncovered if you have to cancel your hotel and anything else. I canceled mine and learned the hard way. Waste of money
I would not recommend this company. I see a some folks got their money back, but in my experience it is more like the cheap car insurance company that is throwing as much as they can at you to get you to give up. My son had to be committed to a facility for the safety of my Family and those that would be on the cruise, but trying to work through this company with a mental health issue is getting us nowhere. I will eat the cost this time and then not waste my time next time.
