Will never use this insurance again. 4 month old tested positive for Covid days before the trip and they didn’t think it was a good enough reason to give a refund back. Robbery at its finest.

Repeatedly submitting claim information over and over without resolution. Very clear that AON Infinity claims examiners really don't read want was submitted. Feel like it is a game to just reject over and over hoping we will give up. Clearly they don't read what was submitted and only check boxes as fast as they can. Phone calls no help.
