got my plates processed today, and the lady who helped me was really nice! She answered all my questions and explained how I’ll be getting my plates in the mail.
Hablé por teléfono. Me contestaron y me dijeron que esperara y me colgaron. Volví a llamar me dijeron lo mismo que esperara pero agregaron que estaba muy ocupada. Les dije que me dijeron lo mismo y me dejaron en linea de espera. Espere mucho. Colgué, volví a llamar varias veces y ya no contestaban la llamada. Te contestaba la máquina que dejaras mensaje. Tu e que ir personalmente y según mi caso tuve que irme y regresar. Las placas cobran un poco más a lo normal comparado a Motores y Vehículos entre otras compañías.
