I recently used Aoki Plumbing and will not use them again. Lack of preparation, customer service, disrespect and rude behavior. Actually felt personal. I knew grandpa Jones who is no longer here. Extremely nice man. He would be disappointed how I and/or any customer has/would be treated by his grandson Austin. His bedside manner needs major overhaul. Aloha Austin !!! MAHALO for your hard work and support fixing our water leak and replacing our water line from the meter to the house. Your suggestion to use coiled copper as a more permanent solution to replace the 27+ year old PVC was most welcomed.
