Anthony from AOK cleaned the windows at our block of flats today. Did an excellent job, and also showed great care beyond his duties. He buzzed on door to offer us warning that he could see 10 wasps flying around inside between blinds and glass, and the danger they represent if suddenly disturbed. It's great to have a cleaner who not only does his job well but keeps his eyes open for any safety issue. Excellent customer service that goes well beyond expectations.
