Kaylinn serviced my cooling system in May and will soon be servicing my heating system. She is friendly, professional and more than competent. It is because of professionals like Kaylinn that I keep using AOK year after year.

We were having trouble with our mini split system and they sent out an technician to find out what was wrong… The technicians name was Kaylinn, she was friendly and very thorough with our system, and explained everything that was going on and fixed the issue and now we are cool as cucumbers. Just a side note, every time she came into the house she put on booties…. very professional of the company! Any other problems I will be calling them.
