Having eaten at almost all the Japanese, specially sushi, establishments in and around Denver including places like Sushi Den, Tokio, Uchi, Katsu, Temaki, etc., for both value and quality, I’d have to say, this place might be the winner. Boulder is lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber in their city. Wow. The sushi here is phenomenal. Simple rolls, but the quality of the ingredients is outstanding. I just finished eating and I already cannot wait to come back.
Favorite sushi spot. Hubs and I drive from Berthoud which is well worth the drive. Fresh fish and delicious, bonus of a non-overwhelming menu!
