I bought a Herman Miller Aeron chair through AOI, which was a big mistake. The chair is uncomfortable for me, but AOI will not accept any returns, which is just their own policy and has nothing to do with Herman Miller. I would have been much better off just buying directly from hermanmiller.com - it would have cost less (with HM's current new year sale), and I would have been able to return the chair for 30+ days.
I gets tons of reviews for everywhere. I only delivered packages here. Seemed ok in and out no problems....
