Absolutely horrible experience with this place. Last summer, I was new to San Antonio and needed a new prosthesis made due to recent weight loss. I hand-delivered my prescription to InMotion on July 23, 2021. At that time, I was given a timeline of 6-8 weeks for delivery. I began to notice that the timeline I was quoted was not going to be remotely accurate because my fitting appointments were very spaced out. What a wonderful experience my wife and I found, after many places, God put this place in our path. Imelda, a very professional above and beyond woman, took her time, experience, and knowledge in teaching us each manor and stage of the hemipelvectomy prosthesis process for my wife. Treatment also received from each of the members and team of InMotion Prosthetics was great, Mayra, and Miguel was excellent in their work. I recommend this place to amputees. After three places, I found InMotion prosthetics. Imelda, Miguel, and Mayra are the best. They did everything to do a comfortable and functional prosthetic; it is a state-of-the-art product. As a hemipelvectomy amputee is a challenging process to create a prosthesis, but they mastered it. Thank you guys for all the hard work. God bless you all.
Just wanted to leave a note of THANK YOU to the team at inMotion Prosthetics! First, Mayra. What a star you have with her! I was having issues with my device getting approved. Mayra's deep knowledge of how they process worked is amazing. She walked me through each step and explained what exactly was happening at that point. Then explained what to do next.
