Everyone is weird at this location. I met all requirements to open an account but yet no one is contacting me to move forward. I am out of state as well so they know I can’t come into a branch.
Absolutely wonderful people
Was racially profiled when I went to open a bank account. The lady that was suppose to be helping me open a bank account on 03/25/2024 & she didn’t ask for identification or my SS #. She told me I couldn’t be found on any Census nor could she verify my employment even after trying to sympathize with her that she hasn’t even took any of my information to tell me that information which meant I couldn’t open a bank account.
