Was sent there by our Oncologist Dr Akbar as my husband has had a growth in his neck for 7 months which FINALLY tests were run and shows a metastatic cancer. Dr Rothman was seen on October 3 and stated surgery was needed. I immediately worked a break neck speed to get the Cardiologist to sign a written release for the surgery and uploaded that last Monday. I would rate negative if possible. Front office, medical record is terrible. I left messages on portal, phone calls and left messages with no call back or response. Requested full release of medical records and received missing data.
Very professional, they will wait till you have every question answered. You choose your treatment options.
From front to back all staff are great. First time seeing Dr Kaplan excellent first impression.
