I went for the first time today and I was blown away by the service I received. The receptionist was a true gem. My therapist was amazing as well, answered all my questions, gave me practical advice, told me what I needed to do, went over options. Overall very friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed my first visit, even though my arm was in pain, and that's saying a lot. A completely different experience than I had with the Orthopedic office, but that's another story. I'll continue my PT here.
So if I hadn't used my primary and secondary insurance multiple times. Youve billed both. Multiple times. And on a random friday you have your office manager try to corner me while im on a machine to tell me im commiting fraud. I dont care if your system shows me as one insurance.... clearly its an issue on your end. But fpr you to accuse me of insuramce fraud is INSANEEEEE i'm not gonna stop until I get that lady's job.Just know that...
I have a torn meniscus and was told to do 4 weeks PT. First visit was just a few exercises with a therapist. Second visit my PT had another client and came and told me exercise and reps she wanted me to do then left to work on other client. She would appear after I informed her I was done. Again , I was told what to do and she returned to other client throughout my visit. Third visit She turned me over to another PT after I cycled 15 min.The new PT was training someone new. FIRST and LAST VISIT … VERY DISAPPOINTED I go in for lower back therapy. I explained my condition even expressed some hip discomfort on both sides that I was experiencing today. Instead I’m given 3 sets of 10 in several exercises, some I couldn’t complete the amount. The other I had to alternate sides to complete. As this session came to an end I was handed an exercise sheet to scan a QR code for home and was told to stop if I couldn’t complete, really?!
