Diego was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process.
Maybe Andrew was having a bad day, maybe he was having personal issues that I don't know about, but there is also a chance is is just a jerk. We had scheduled an appointment to meet at our house that is still under construction at 2 PM, I tried calling him twice around 2:15 and got no answer and his voicemail was ful. When calling the business phone number they didn't seem to have any information about where he was or why he was late. Finally at 2:25 he tells me he is still with a client and will call me back.
