I arrived 15 minutes early as requested the secretary was very rude from the get go. She gave me my paperwork while filling it out she began drilling me about an unrelated auto accident I had I told her the claim was closed and unbillable and in a snappy tone she said, "WELL I HAVE TO CALL THEM AND TALK TO THEM!" Furthermore my appointment was for 9am I was not called back until 9:30, Very Unprofessional place!!!

Workers comp drs who are more concerned about insurance companies financial interest than patients health
I don't typically leave poor feedback but this experience warrants it. I waited for almost 1 1/4 hours for to see the Doctor. He spent 5 minutes with me, offered his advice and then I waited again for his assistant to end the appointment. All in all, I spent almost 2 hours on this appointment for 5 minutes with the Doctor. I would not recommend this organization to anyone if your time is important to you. While their internal systems seem to be awry, the Doctor did seem to be knowledgable, so I will give that much to the org... read more
