AO Mobile Mechanics are very professional and reliable. The mechanic arrived at my house on time for the service. The mechanic made an additional recommendation I need to fix my car. I trusted his recommendation as I didn’t feel like the mechanic was trying to get extra money from me.
I scheduled up an appointment for a mobile diagnostics for a car that I was planning on purchasing from a private seller however, it fell through and I wasn’t able to make the appointment now. I ordered the appointment online and paid for it and I had to cancel, and they refunded me the money even though their policy states that it cannot be refunded If canceled within 24 hours of the appointment.
