I am a widow with a disability and my son got me a newer used vehicle as a gift for my senior birthday. He wanted it to look beautiful and this company did not deliver on the service. Immediately upon arrival he was being harassed to pay a higher price and the vehicle was newly purchased from a dealership, but the interior needed to be treated because of a previous smoker and the glass wasn't clean because of the smoker. This is not a detailing service, it’s a mobile basic car wash. If you want to pay $200 for a basic interior cleaning and exterior wash that’s up to you but the level of cleaning they did I could have done for $20 myself at the car wash. Extremely disappointing.
First of all, I'm from the KW area and was looking for someone local. I saw an ad for local detailing out of Baden so I messaged them. I asked if there were separate pricing packages for my size SUV and stated that it smells like my vehicle was previously smoked in (we just got this a week ago). We were told for both inside and outside detailing it was $189.
