Never work with these people. They are liars. Mistakes made left and right. It’s been a year and we still aren’t connected to the grid. They do not respond to phone calls and ghost you, especially if you paid upfront. They got their money and are done with you. Unprofessional business practices and total scammers. They tell you what you want to hear when selling you on the system. RUN don’t walk away.
They are not completely honest with you about the financing...they only tell you what you want to hear...wish we had never went with this company...total disappointment..now we are stuck with them..please do your research with more honest solar companies..total regret!!!
AO Energy sold My father a solar system using software they provided calculating the Kilowatt usage shown on his power bill history. This 20 panel system was also paired with a battery back up system. It has been 2 years since the solar system was installed and it still has yet to function as advertised.
