Please don’t take your laptop here. I took my laptop here to get a new screen put on. i was told it would take about 2 weeks to get parts in and fix it initially. After about a month i called back still nothing. They then said they got the part in but the part didn’t work on my laptop so they ordered another. After another month of them not answering my calls for the most part i finally just went in my self and they told me it was done. I took my PS5 to a repair shop on January 3rd for a bug problem and was quoted one week for a full teardown, cleaning, and bug bomb for $108 around after tax. The only update I have received was a call on January 11th, informing me it would be ready by the middle of the second week. However, it’s now Thursday, January 16th, and I’ve heard nothing.
