Very regrettable purchase. I bought a 2020 Subaru Outback in April of this year from them. There were some red flags that I should have taken more seriously about this dealership. First off one of the wiper blades did not even touch the windshield and when I tried to add wiper fluid it just poured out of the bottom. I took it back in and they said they fixed it. Bought my wife a 2011 Kia Sorento to replace the one that was just totaled in an accident. Got a great price on it, but found out it needed the inner tie rods replaced. They took care of everything quickly. I'll be checking with them first when we need another vehicle, and sending anyone else I know too.
I bought a used Subaru from Omar at AO auto. It had a rebuilt title but was in good shape and had low mileage. After a month of owning the car a noise that was very faint when I bought the car was getting a lot worse and a lot noisier. I had been talking with Omar about it for a bit and he told me to bring the car in and they would see what they could do. We bought a used car for our kid, they were helpful and got the car lined up after we found a few things on it. We will use them again.
I got my second car from them and my experience was amazing! They were very informative and patient. They had great customer service and helped me figure out the perfect vehicle for me, and I absolutely love it.
