I purchased a 2016 Taurus Sho from Omar back in October. It was priced well. Well no where was it in the description or mentioned to me before I drove the 3.5 hours to pick it up that it had hail damage. I still liked the car and chose to buy it. The next day, I left for work and there was a knocking at start up on the engine. I took it to my mechanic who diagnosed it as the timing chain, cam phasers and tensioners. I had such a good experience with omar at A&O Auto Plaza. His salesman was wonderful to work with. He had the vehicle we were there for ready to go, and he had a smile on his face the entire time. So wonderful to work with! Omar was there for us right from the start. We purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. We have a large family so we need all the seats we can get! DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I purchased a car from them April 2024. Within 3 weeks and 1,700 miles I had to have car towed to the closest dealership. I had the car diagnosed and was told that when the car was put back together the repair shop didn’t put transmission fluid in the car and there were multiple codes.
