This is great pizza I agree with the last guy. The people who own this place are great and they play the best music. While I was waiting to get my pizza the owner, who's a big guy... you can't miss him, knew EVERY person that walked in the door... it was incredible. I felt like I was at a friends house... This was my first experience at Anzio's and when I got home to eat the pizza... it was the best I have ever had in NC... words can't describe, you really have to try it yourself. An excellent pizzaria experience If you're looking for great pizza to take out, get delivered, or eat in, Anzio's is authentic Jersey style pizza. The folks there are friendly, and quick to offer their service when you eat in. The place is fairly new and clean. The menu has a broad set of selections, especially considering the size of the pizzeria . The crust is great, cheese and toppings are first class. Don't get the wrong idea from the five stars. Service Stinks! Will never use again! Tonight was the last straw. Usually I when I order from Anzioâs, itâs because Iâm too tired to cook myself for my family of 6. Tonight was the last time I will be that desperate. The food has always been over-priced for the quality. But I will not sacrifice quality AND customer service when it come to feeding my family.
