About this business
Anza Knives has built individually handcrafted knives since 1980 for the collector and sportsman. Knives are made from files because of the high carbon tool steel they contain. A process called 'annealing' removes the brittleness normally found in a file. They are then hand ground to shape, a Dymondwood handle is attached and then polishing and sharpening are completed. The knives are made to order and come in a leather sheath.

Great knives horrible sheaths. I've been through 3 knives and sheaths due to the knife always falling out. That's over $300 in knives. There won't be a 4th.
