I called in to gather information to help a client I'm helping later on today. The first person I spoke with when asking these questions was extremely rude named Betsy. The second person I spoke with on extension 209 was extremely helpful!
Sandy, Don, and Betsy are awesome. I bought a property in Anza that had some history and needed some attention when it came to repairing the power pedestal. Sandy was very accommodating in making the repairs happen and getting my power back on. Betsy was very professional and compassionate. Don is the onsite guy and was very cool. I’m very happy that everything worked out. Thank you!
