Tried to deposit money in one of their ATM. It didn't count the notes that I put in correctly. Could've been a few hundred dollars short if I didn't notice the amount counted by the machine. Staff in the branch had a pretty careless attitude when informed. Blaming it instead on my doing. I want to post this here for others to please be aware!

Thanks to the employee for the help in obtaining a plastic card in this bank. Because of my poor English, it was difficult. But the girl manager turned out to be patient and professionally executed all the documents🌸
