My wife and I just had Benjamin help us out with a bit of a complicated situation, his customer service was brilliant, he listened and tried very hard to help out, For an organisation with such poor customer service he stands out
What a cold bunch of people from disintered female front desk officer through tohrlp officer who strummed her fingernails while 'listening' to my situation; after I had waited an hour for the appointment to being lost in a jungle of greenery. Following my treatment today I will be taking my business elsewhere.
What ever happened to customer service? Why must we wait so long? Seems as if profit greedy corporations are happy to accept our money, yet remove mostly all humans transactions, speeding the processes up. I’m sick of this! We want real world service!
Appalling customer service. Tried to use the coin deposit on the ATM where it wouldn’t let me select coins but my kids had already put the coins into the catch. Branch had just closed but staff were inside. I asked one off the staff what I was doing wrong and said I had done everything I should. All I got was it’s full, nothing I can do about it now and walked off. So blunt and rudely. Not the first bad experience I have had here.
I would like to express my appreciation for Raymond, who assisted me with my credit card application. He was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Raymond took the time to clearly explain all the details and answered my questions in a very helpful manner. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience smooth and pleasant. I am very happy with the support he provided, and I truly value his dedication and kindness.
