I would give 0 star if possible. I was there in queue for over half an hour to have name changed, and the "only specialist" there has updated my name wrongly without cross checking with customer. Got told it's all done then I left. Like it's a legal document, how could you make such mistake. Incredibly unprofessional and waste of time. In the meantime, the length of the queue isn't something you should see at a bank.
This branch has the worst service. They have absolutely no idea how to treat customers and help them. Disgusting Bank
