The manager is extremely rude. My mum had a long-term deposit of a lump Sum, which matures on easter Sunday and on the Thursday before , she went to ask for a few hundred dollars, as a cash advance. As Friday is a holiday, Sunday is Easter and Monday is a public holiday. He refused to help her with the situation and threatened to call security on a 73 year old 5’2 lady, who has been with that branch for 35 years. Even paid off a home loan with them.
