Absolutely terrible experience I should have just closed my account and joined westpac.
Absolutely abysmal service from Lorraine. Ridiculously condescending, patronising and useless. Despite explaining the situation clear enough for a 5 year old to understand, she was unbelievably rude to my father. I will be contacting customer service, because this is ridiculous.
Been with the ANZ for meny years
Extremely rude stuff, never received such bad customer service. Rather aggressive and I rarely leave bad feedback but never felt so uncomfortable by hostile staff.
