Was referred to the Virginia branch due to technical difficulties with an online application. Branch was full but my walk in appointment was accommodated with a smile. My wife and I were even offered drinks for the wait time. I have to especially mention Mr Joel Kondacs, the Senior Banking Consultant, who went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it and in the end a positive outcome. I can’t say enough great things about the ANZ Virginia branch! The entire team is young, energetic, and incredibly skilled. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure everyone receives top-notch service. The branch manager, Sam, is truly exceptional. This local ANZ branch is pretty accessible and preferably the best option for me and my family in terms of our banking requirements . The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking available right infront of the bank.
