Me and my partner came in to open a joint bank account and to sort things in regards to our home loan. Had the most amazing experience with Jaz. She is a wealth of knowledge and offered a plethora of advice for what we perceived as a stressful process, and we left feeling informed and on top of things. We even emailed with some follow up questions and she was more than happy to help us out. Jaz is a credit to your team and we would like to thank her again for all of her help and advice!
Yesterday we used the ANZ Virginia Branch within a couple of minutes we were approached by the branch manager we explained the reason for this visit he introduced us to Jasmine and explained the reason for our visit to her after a couple of minutes she (Jasmine)bought everything on her computer and explained what we were doing wrong she(Jasmine) rectified what we were doing wrong we left that branch with or problem rectified thanks to Jasmine Bouraga.
Had a problem with the app . Ellen was very helpful and kind and solved the issue .
Walk in. Seen immediately. Sorted my problem out without any of the endless telephone options and questions. Well worth the 10 drive to the bank vs the average 30 minute phone hold.
Was referred to the Virginia branch due to technical difficulties with an online application. Branch was full but my walk in appointment was accommodated with a smile. My wife and I were even offered drinks for the wait time. I have to especially mention Mr Joel Kondacs, the Senior Banking Consultant, who went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it and in the end a positive outcome.
