Me and my partner came in to open a joint bank account and to sort things in regards to our home loan. Had the most amazing experience with Jaz. She is a wealth of knowledge and offered a plethora of advice for what we perceived as a stressful process, and we left feeling informed and on top of things. Yesterday we used the ANZ Virginia Branch within a couple of minutes we were approached by the branch manager we explained the reason for this visit he introduced us to Jasmine and explained the reason for our visit to her after a couple of minutes she (Jasmine)bought everything on her computer and explained what we were doing wrong she(Jasmine) rectified what we were doing wrong we left that branch with or problem rectified thanks to Jasmine Bouraga.
