Walked in to get verified for the second ranch. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Literally wasted an hour and 10 minutes of my time worst service ever time I will never get back again.
Really a no can do attitude. They stand around doing nothing.
I have been going the ANZ Branch @ Elanora for many years. Sue would be the most helpful staff member I have met at the branch. So professional and her customer service is exceptional. Always acknowledges you with a friendly smile. Thanks Sue.
Male Staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Said since they are closing soon they could not help. However they had 30 more minutes before they close. Lazy. Was planning on opening a ANZ credit card, now is researching a different bank to save with. ANZ truly a let down. Have been with for 3 years. Now they have lost a loyal customer.
