Some staff is not patient enough to help customer solve their problems by saying No easily, while some staff like Andy Wang is totally different. He is very responsible and professional.Before meeting him, I had already checked another 2 ANZ branch but they cannot give me a clear answer. He spent much time to study my account and then ask his colleague, and finally my confusion was cleared. He is so smart and warm-hearted. Last but importantly he is humble and friendly always. So lucky to find him in Glen ANZ
