Worst branch to do anything with, can't do cash deposit, can only do 2,5k deposit at the machine.... waste of time.
Honestly there is no 0 star option??????
The same bank and the same ATM swallowed my deposit twice. During the deposit process, the machine suddenly froze and restarted, and it took $1,900 from me. I’ve tried calling ANZ, but the phone line is unreachable, and there’s no one responding online either. It’s extremely disappointing that the ATM has not been upgraded despite repeated issues, and that in-branch deposit services are unavailable. Absolutely ridiculous. Rude and racist as hell They straight up told us if you can’t speak English than ANZ isn’t the right place for you go find another place. Wasted our time the 2 times we had an appointment with them and they told us they can help us to open an account, just to tell us to go find another place in the end, should’ve said that from the start.
