I've been an ANZ customer for nearly 40 years. The front desk staff in The Glen was friendly and welcoming. I was lucky to have Andy Wang to serve me and my husband the other day. He was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Andy.

Nio stars The worst customer 'service' Been with ANZ over 40 years. No more, the rubbish masquerading as customer service here doesn't warrant patronage.
After over 2 decades they email me wanting ID derails. I ring number goes to voicemail. I reply to email... no reply. Finally got onto the 'specialist' they want more personal information. Not satisfied that I gave 100 points 20+ years ago... or all but sold my soul for a mortgage ( so they already have that info on file) . Pack of lies/ crooks.when I said I'm cancelling my accounts - she said no worries.
