Today my partner was a victim from a scam directly from ANZ. When going into the bank & explaining he lost everything the bank teller laughed in our face. Within 2 hours we received an email saying the case was closed. Customer service at ANZ is non existent, no one is helping us. They keep palming us off to different people. NEVER bank with ANZ.
Excellent customer service and extremely helpful
Horrendous service. Just change banks instead. Don't waste your time.
