Absolutely disappointing experience for small business customers. The lack of support and understanding from both the staff and the branch is incredibly frustrating. Expecting a business to drive to another branch just to get change, when our business is located right next to this branch, is completely unreasonable. They seriously need to reassess how their branches operate and how they support local small businesses. Very disappointing time to change who we bank with.
