What a joke 1 teller on a Monday morning
If I could score 0 I would, I've been trying to connect with ANZ Salisbury for the last 15min you ring 131314 and speak with a robot, who doesn't connect you to the branch & keeps hanging up.. I need to speak with someone to make an appointment but this robot keeps hanging up.. there are so many people on the dole.. give them a job to connect people to the branch they want to be connected to.. so over speaking with robots or people who don't understand.. For the love of God please just put an extra teller on!! Such an obvious, simple fix that would literally solve 99% of your branch’s customer service issues!!
