Their ATM's are always unreliable. Maybe if they spent some of their profits on things for their customers this bank might have a better rating. Just a terriblely run branch that don't really care. If I could give half a star I would.
5 times I have gone to use their coin deposit atm and only once has it ever been working. The atm also would fail to recognise cash deposit if too many notes were put in. So you would have to do it over separate transactions to guarantee the atm didn't rip you off. Wish they invest some of there money into things the customers use rather than paying their CEOs ridiculous salaries. But reality the bank just doesn't care.
My recent experience with Raj Thiruvilangam at the Rowville branch was extremely positive. My account was blocked as I did not update my details on time with the documents required to verify my identity. Raj went above & beyond to help me to resolve the issue, which was seamless & incredibly efficient.
Very good service, very helpful, very friendly, very satisfied.
