Our experience as ANZ customers is beyond expectation! The level of transparency, knowledge, support and help at the Rowville branch (namely from Samia the Senior Banker) is truly incredible. We had all of our questions answered & Samia happily explained the process step by step! She is sincerely a very hard worker & we have upmost respect for her - ANZ is lucky to have such a dedicated banker! Thank you thank you thank you
I had a great experience with this branch staff. My wife went there for ID verification in the morning November 2024. He advised us to open an offset account which is required for our loan, he arranged same day appointment in the afternoon and completed all in 15 minutes! Staff was very helpful and excellent attitude and behaviour.
The man in booth C was rude and unprofessional. I was locked out of all my accounts and needed in-person assistance to regain access. He said I should have called via phone and dismissed my problem, visibly shaking his head at me - I was locked out of my accounts, including not being able to use my ANZ app PIN. The lady at the concierge was the only helpful person around and tried her best. The phone line was useless, I couldn't verify myself because my app PIN was locked, so I was stuck in a loop. One of the worst banks I have ever been to. Service is terrible. I stood in the branch waiting for someone to speak to me or tell me anything line will be with you soon. Staff standing around Talking together and not helping customers, truly terrible. And needs to read these reviews from other customers
Would give a zero if I could. Was called by the branch to go in due to refinancing. Took half a day off work so I could go in and verify my id. Had to explain numerous times as to why I was there. two weeks later received a follow up from my broker that my id has not been verified despite being in there for almost an hour. Will go to another branch and see if I have better luck
