Not happy. I went to the head office on Pirie St. I just wanted to change my card to pin only transaction. They said we can't do that! Main office! Multi billion company! They said you have to use phone banking I said I did and waited for a hour than gave up! I then asked to close my account. I withdrew my money from the ATM, all good until - I had $12 left in my account which I couldn't withdraw. I went back to the worker and she said we don't have tellers here. Made an appointment to deposit cash but they just made me join the back of the queue anyway. Poor communication and no point making an appointment.
No customer service etiquette. Despite long waiting line only single teller at the front desk, and cannot do many things. Customer got brushed aside and then just get ignored. I have to say these negative comments are so real and seems a recurring event. Many years I've lived in various countries and states in Australia, this is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had.
No link between anz plus online account and branch. Seems illogical
Went into bank to do a urgent transfer for a settlement that they did not approve until 3pm for them to advise me that at 3.28pm I had no appointment and it was too late to be done . You have therefore delayed my settlement due to this and in regards to making appointment U go on you QR code to book and on average you got no availability for over a week. Very frustrating customer service that you offer at this branch only held a account with you for one hour and not impressed at all
