Good staff, all young, but it's fine they get the job done
Trying to speak to a human is impossible with this "organisation". The answering machine robot needs to be reproggramed or deleted.
I had excellent service from all staff involved. They took their time to get my needs met and I was particularly impressed by Sadaf Maqbool(banking consultant) who was calm and very reassuring throughout the whole process
I was in and out in minutes with out my card ot I. D. Found a bag of money and kept it for my police fines. Rock on ANZ.
