I was in and out in minutes with out my card ot I. D. Found a bag of money and kept it for my police fines. Rock on ANZ.
Went with my father 95 year old father to discuss closing an account queued up and was approached by a staff member. We advised the staff member that my mother died last week which is why we are thinking of closing it. No emotion acknowledgment or understanding from the staff member who just repeatedly unkindly told us we needed to make an appointment for next week. I visited this branch and was assisted by Rachel. She was rude, unhelpful and demeaning. I didn’t understand what the abbreviation CRN was I was unable to verify my identity on the app or via the automated phone assistant. I received no help, and was told to make an appointment on Monday. It was midday Friday and I was at my branch and I lined up for 45 minutes to speak to the service person (Rachel). If you see Rachel skip your turn and hopefully you will get someone with an iota of kindness and helpfulness.
The 5 star rating is only for the young man Aidan I think he said his name was. I said I’d would put a nice review Dont get me wrong Everyone at the anz seems fine…… all banks are stressful and usually there is some bureaucracy that gets in the way of something that should be simple …. Aidan however goes out of his way to go the extra mile, he makes you feel like your looked after, more than once he has chimed in when I’ve been trying to fill out a form or something , and with expert knowledge he has quickly solved my proble... read more
I’ve always had good service at ANZ Norwood however the male teller that served me recently needs another course on customer service skills, was abrupt & robotic. ANZ you can do better!
