Horrible horrible staff! A year ago i went in to finalise my home loan closure. Walked out, the staff were soo bad, went to Pacific Werribee branch and they instantly helped me and did everything perfect. I just signed my life away, they filled all the forms and just made the process easy. Today stupidly went in to finalise investment loan. Well you wouldn’t think the service could get worse.
