Very lazy and they dont want to help, Whats the point in banking with you guys. I called up spoke to someone at ANZ they said to go in store, I go in store and they tell me i have to call? if i could give these guys a -0 i would.
You would think during the holiday period they would have more than one person working handing out cash, and one on the computers. The line is almost out the centres door today. Disgraceful
