Got a general enquiry that probably would take 5 minutes for someone to answer? Sorry, you'll need to book an appointment to speak to someone. I've only been with ANZ for a couple of months and their (severe lack of) customer service is the worst. I visited this branch in the hopes I could talk to a real person to answer a simple question.
Poor experience being a credit card user, wrote in a complaint after being mislead over the phone regarding rewards points and I’ve still not heard back from anyone nor been given a timeline of when it will be looked into.
On hold for over an hour, not enough australian based staff i guess
Asian guy at the main door was extremely professional and friendly. However indian looking young/ slim indian lady with glasses was so rude.
Cristina's service was excellent; she was attentive and provided detailed explanations.
