Coin deposit never works
I received a debit card in the mail that I did not order. When I contacted the phone representatives to see if I could have been the victim of identity theft I was told to present to a branch. Unfortunately there are no branches in Ulladulla and I will have to drive over an hour just to see if I have been the victim of identity theft and how far someone may have gone to try and open an account in my name. Got a general enquiry that probably would take 5 minutes for someone to answer? Sorry, you'll need to book an appointment to speak to someone. I've only been with ANZ for a couple of months and their (severe lack of) customer service is the worst. I visited this branch in the hopes I could talk to a real person to answer a simple question.
