Tried twice today to open an account with ANZ. First attempt I was told the wait will be 30min to an hour as we are busy. I understood this. Went back 2hrs later …. not a customer nor staff member in sight. Waited 5mins only to be told by a member of staff “ there is no one here to help you I will need to make you an appt”. I said “forget it I will go elsewhere” staff member response? Ok do that ….. ???? If I could give no star I would.
Incredible customer service, the branch manager Brendan was so lovely and helpful. Answers all our questions with spectacular patience.
Very smooth and respectful staffs
An aboriginal woman there at the branch kept talking about her personal things in front of the customers. We have no interests of your personal life or opinions about things at all. please work accordingly and respectfully.
Imagine actual customer service with a real person and a handshake? Someone answering your messages at inconvenient times with a smile? Looks like ANZ has rediscovered customer service! Couldn’t be happier than I am with the Lismore team helping me through a home loan process against all odds and remaining by my side and helpful through some of life’s curve balls. Highly recommended! 🤞Go local!
