Absolutely disgusting customer service and the fact this bank doesn’t have bank tellers is ridiculous.
Bring back tellers please..... the smart ATM's should be called dumb. I have been an ANZ customer for approx 30 yrs and this no teller Joondalup is a big fat problem!! When machine doesn't work, I can't deposit, ridiculous. There are other banks you know.....with tellers 🤔 customer lost!!!
We couldn't of got better service from Debbie Starling. She is the best and would recommend her for home loans. Thanks Debbie
