Helpful.. dont like chatting about account wirg people just behind me waiting.. NOT very personal / PRIVATE - Sometimes long waiting - only one staff assistance
No seating for elderly standing in cue's. More staff needed, if your doing these identity checks. Standing in along cue for 15 minutes then get told to make appointment for the afternoon. Whats the point of lining up.
Christopher at ANZ was amazing. We arrived just before closing time, but he still kindly and patiently helped us open our account without rushing us. We truly appreciate his professionalism and support. Thank you for going above and beyond!
