If it was easy we would have changed to a different bank already. They should hand out sugar water at the door to stay calm. Where is the days when service mattered.
I don’t understand why they hire these Indian ladies at the counter, they are so rude and you know they are not happy serving you. When there are so many people looking for jobs these days I’m sure you can find better people . Don’t understand anz. Won’t bank with them if I can.

Second time iv tried to deposit money on a Sunday and the atm machines won't take notes only coins or cheques. So frustrating sa i don't have time on a week day
