I had booked an appointment to complete a bank transfer that was above the online banking payment limits. A gentleman came to check what we were waiting in line for and when I told him I had booked an appointment for bank transfer he asked to see the bank details and because it was to another ANZ account told us to wait in line for the single teller instead. The teller then had to promote the purchase of car insurance and then proceeded to incorrectly send the amount of money and reference. All of which was reversed. Then on... read more
