Very rude staff, don’t seem interested in helping you, one staff member serving at the front counter while others try to look busy, once I got served the gentleman was rude when trying to explain my problem got told I heard you the first time, atm always breaking down, no customer service factor at all, no tellers anymore, very poor banking experience

Got help as soon as i entered,which was good. However being the only ANZ branch within over twenty kl is absolute rubbish, All banks should have branches local enough that you dont have to plan a day out, just to visit one.As it used to be, Or attempt to bank online ,as that option does not suit everyone. Suppose profit before people is their priority. Seems to be their way forward. However i would change banks in an instant if there was a local branch.
