I had an excellent experience with Kaloni, Senior Specialist at this ANZ Bank. She was extremely patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. Kaloni took the time to clearly explain each step and guide me through all the paperwork, making everything easy to understand. Her friendly approach and willingness to help made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and support — a great example of outstanding customer service.
This place is awful. First off they mess up my booking and make me wait for an extra 30 minutes that turned into an HOUR. Lucy needs to learn what spacial awareness is as she sat down on the couch next to me and LEANED up against me. Very unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable that I never want to go back. After waiting for an hour some nice blonde girl finally comes up to me and my Partner to check on us as she could see that we had been sitting there for over an hour. To have ONE teller there for everyone's lengthy transactions is absolutely ridiculous. The line was to the door. Standing there for 45mins I thought I might faint from just standing in one spot. The poor old lady in front of me was extremely upset at the length of time waiting, the amount of staff wandering around, but no more help for the customers. Just appalling service
We recently opened accounts with the assistance of 'Kaloni', she was very helpful in showing us how to install and use the apps. She regularly kept us up to date with progress on applications etc. via email and phone. Highly recommend.
ANZ should be voted as the worst bank. I have accounts with many banks but dealing with ANZ seems to be the worst. I phoned the bank regarding a fraudulent matter, was told to come to the branch, I arrived at 3.50pm, was told we are closing soon and cannot help you. They argued with me for 8 minutes and then said we closing in 2 minutes. The staff were so rude and told me to leave. Offcourse I was frustrated and told them straight but was told that I'm rude.
