Mentha, (Xinyi Wang) our loan manager from ANZ Helensvale, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we met her in October, she made everything feel easy and stress-free, and by November our property was finalized. She went out of her way to meet our tight schedule, always checking in, keeping us calm, and making sure nothing was missed. She supported us every step of the way. We’re so thankful for her help and can’t recommend her highly enough.
ANZ you should be ashamed of yourselves. Have to drive 50klms to get to nearest branch. 1 agent and a line out the door. Now branch is closed for renovations. We all know it's all about saving a dollar for yourselves not helping your customers. I will be changing to Bendigo bank, at least they provide good customer service when you need it.
