They offer as little human contact as possible. Phone waiting times are dreadful. Having to physically stand in line to find out information is time consuming & they aren't necessarily friendly or helpful.

PUJA was extremely rude and lied to my face today. Had an appointment but she was 30 mins late. Told me my accounts have been closed and that she will withdraw my money. Then when I asked for the money she refused telling me she couldn’t give me the money. Spoke to me like I was stupid in front of other customers. Completely unacceptable. I’ve lodged a formal complaint with AFCA, ASIC, the ombudsman and my friends at Chanel 7 regarding withholding my funds and failing BASIC banking laws.
