Lack of service. Had to wait a week for a booking about a home loan anomaly.
I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised after reading so many bad reviews about this branch. Upon entering I was greeted at the door by Krystal who asked how she could assist me. I told her I was here to make a deposit of a large number of coins and a cheque. Krystal walked me through the process and assisted me with deposits actually physically helping load the coins into the ATM coin counter. I recently visited my local ANZ branch intending to deposit some money and was surprised to find there were no tellers available. I had to use the ATM, which took a very long time to process my deposit. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the ATM, I couldn't deposit the entire amount. A staff member advised me to visit another branch with tellers and kindly arranged an appointment for me.
