Excellent service from Sophie today, she explained everything so clearly and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information that we needed for our situation. Not only did she put us at ease but she made sure that we felt comfortable with the decisions that had to be made. If I could give Sophie 10 stat's I would. We were also greeted beautifully by kaloni and everything was sorted out so efficiently and smoothly.
Very poor service, there is no one to receive you at entrance, just stand there like a prisoner and you are invisible. No sitting areas. All visible 6 staffs are busy with clients and you just wait for a turn with no clue how long its gonna take... there is no proper direction that shows where to wait, no token system nothing. Just go in and stanf like a zombie. Very pathetic service, regret of having bank account here
