The service at this branch was very friendly, and efficient. We had an appointment booked and upon arrival, two different staff members were attentive and found someone to assist us with our query quicker than anticipated. Cheree helped us with our banking requirements, and was so friendly, thorough and double-checking that all our requirements were met. She even went above and beyond with trying to help us consolidate our insurance offerings. Great service ANZ.
Although not an ANZ customer I needed to utilise Bereavement services at this Branch. The CSO, Emma Dawson, could not have been more helpful and efficient in determining requirements and fulfilling my needs, all in an extremely caring and friendly demeanour. Also immediately on entry I was met by a floor staff member determining the purpose of my visit and was an absolutely delightful young lady whose name I missed unfortunately. Both these staff members are an absolute credit to ANZ.
